365 | Days 21 - 27

I learned some things this week.

I learned about the properties of natural lighting... the difference between hard and soft light, the difference between split and 45* light, and how good light makes everything awesome...

I also learned that I dread shooting indoors by overhead light.

I also learned that I'll have to work extra hard to be creative with my bath-time shots... I'm running out of ideas:)

Here is this week... It was almost an all black and white week, but I opted for some color... just to keep it lively!

Oh, and as I uploaded these images, I learned that shots of my kids, on the green grass, wearing red, are some of my very, very favorite shots!

  1. These are great! I absolutely adore that shot in the tub - adorable! My daughter likes to "reorganize" my gladware drawer, too - lol. Laughing at the worm - my kids haven't picked one up yet but its only a matter of time - ha ha!

  8. Love the perspective on "Peek" and I have to agree, the red clothes on green grass is awesome. I also love that you let your kids play in the dirt and actually touch critters like earthworms! We're a nature loving family ourselves. ;)
